Believe it or not, there ARE ways for you to lose fat and look great in just a matter of a few weeks!
How disciplined are you?
That's what it's going to take to get you going on what will change the way you look and the way you feel.
That's it! Self discipline. Sound easy? It can be. Read on.
The first thing you have to realize is that you can't lose weight by skipping meals.
That's the worst thing you can do! You actually have to eat to lose.
If you have any excess fat stored in your body, and you begin skipping meals to try to lose weight, your body will actually hang on to that fat, because it is self preserving. You won't accomplish a thing except making yourself sick.
1. Up your meals to at least six, yes, six times a day. 
2. Eat your regular meals and snack in between on good stuff. And drink lots and lots of water. Sip on water throughout the day.
3. Ice water is particularly good because your body burns fat to heat the water to body temperature!
Eat a lot of protein. Chicken, fish, nuts, and beef jerky.
4. Raw vegetables curb your appetite.
Green tea is especially good for your metabolism. Limit the amount of carbs you take in each day.
If you do this, you can easily lose 5 pounds very quickly because you burn up all the carbs that your body has stored. Stay away from any and all white foods. This includes all white breads, potatoes, and pasta. If it's white, don't eat it. They are loaded with carbs and starch. Not good!
5. Work up a sweat for 30 minutes a day. Now, you don't have to do this all at one time. Go for a 10 minute walk after your meal, 3 times a day. There's your 30 minutes! Any amount of exercise is good exercise.
Get that bike out of the garage and ride around the block. Try dancing as en excellent form of exercise. Turn the music on and dance your way around the house. Not only will you burn fat and calories, but you will have fun doing your housework.
So, the main things to remember are to eat healthy, and eat six times a day.
Eat a lot of protein, stay away from carbs, drink a lot of water and green tea, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, munch on nuts and veggies for a between meal snack, and get some form of exercise. Below is an example of a typical day of eating.
For breakfast have an omelet with tomatoes and peppers, an orange or a pear for dessert, and a lot of green tea (hot or cold). Try cottage cheese with sliced apple for a between meal snack. For lunch try a piece of broiled or baked chicken (no skin), any kind of vegetable.( Lots of vegetables). Your next snack could be a handful of mixed nuts and a piece of fruit, and for dinner chicken or fish, carrots and pears.
A before bed snack might be cottage cheese with berries or ground flax seed. (Remember, at each meal and snack always drink plenty of water or green tea). Sounds like a lot of food, doesn't it? Well, it is, but it's all good for you and definitely will help you shed pounds and inches in a matter of weeks.
